Ticket Parade 2021

Saturday afternoons, various dates 5 June – 11 September 2021

Students: Drama, Dance, Entertainment and those passionate about performing arts, Year 9 – 12

Ticket Parade will take you to the shows you want to see and introduce you to the people in the industry you want to meet.

This is an opportunity for young drama and dance enthusiasts from south west Sydney to access acclaimed theatre, musical theatre and dance performances, visit backstage tours, join online learning sessions with industry professionals, while connecting with peers and informing post-school pathways.

Students will meet at Campbelltown Arts Centre over five Saturday afternoons, and travel together for matinee performances supported by C-A-C educators and creative producers.

We’re excited to announce an incredible 2021 program, thanks to our industry supporters.

This year’s Ticket Parade partner organisations and productions are:

New Theatricals – Come From Away
Sydney Theatre Company – 7 Stages of Grieving
Bangarra Dance Theatre – SandSong: Stories from the Great Sandy Desert
Campbelltown Arts Centre – Work to be announced very soon
National Theatre of Parramatta – White Pearl

Ticket Parade participants will need to be available to attend afternoon matinee performances on Saturdays 5 June, 19 June, 10 July, 24 July, and 11 September.

In 2021 we’ve also introduced 3 online learning sessions throughout the series, led by NSW and interstate performing arts educators and institutions. This is just one more way Ticket Parade provides local students with world-class performing arts experiences.
