This self-directed Drawing Pack, complete with Drawing Book, map and art materials, leads budding creatives to 5 unique locations and landscapes within the garden. Along the way, children and families will focus their senses, draw their experiences and learn to fold an origami koi fish before revealing a unique surprise ending.

About the artist
Machiko Motoi is a Japanese artist and educator living and working in Campbelltown. Motoi’s diverse art practice spans performance, ceramics and drawing and is inspired by sensory experiences of place.
SANPO was produced in collaboration with lead artist Machiko Motoi. The Drawing Pack is proudly part of the Campbelltown 2020 program. The Tea House was generously donated to Campbelltown City Council in 1987 by sister city Koshigaya, Japan. Campbelltown Arts Centre is proudly owned by the people of Campbelltown. A cultural facility of Campbelltown City Council, assisted by the NSW Government through Create NSW and by the Australian Government through the Australia Council, its arts funding and advisory body. Campbelltown Arts Centre receives support from the Crown Resorts Foundation and the Packer Family Foundation.
