This is the second iteration of the collection based exhibition program Notice of Motion. The exhibition brings together works from the Campbelltown City Council permanent collection selected by the Councillors of Campbelltown.

Referencing a common phrase used by Councillors at Council Meetings, a ‘Notice of Motion’ is a request for action to be made regarding any matter that is relevant to the people living within a given Council or Local Government Area. Currently, more than 175,000 people across 34 suburbs call Campbelltown home, making it one of the 10 largest Local Government authorities in New South Wales.

Featuring a selection of artworks from the diverse Permanent Collection held by Campbelltown City Council, the exhibition consists of a variety of artists, mediums and subjects. Most notably, this eclectic exhibition embraces the diverse interests and important issues of the rapidly changing and growing region of Campbelltown as advocated by our Councillors.
