Excursion Planning

I acknowledge and am able to arrange the following requirements:

-Students should bring food and a water bottle. The Arts Centre Café has limited capacity for student orders during short break times.
-Students should keep their belongings on them at all times. Avoid large backpacks as these can obstruct walkways in the theatre.
-Students and teachers should be briefed on the event and aware of their participation. We recommend students brainstorm some questions for the presenting artists, ahead of the day.
-If the number of students attending the event changes, I will notify C-A-C immediately
-Your booking will take the place of other schools and cancellations impact our ability to support arts learning for schools. Please plan carefully to avoid cancellations – check school calendars and seek admin approval well in advance.
-In the event of public health restrictions, we will avoid cancellations and aim to reschedule or adapt this event for online learning.
