Learn to create your very own take home dragon with Ben Haku and Miki Orlandini using a range of craft materials. Then team up to collaborate on a colossal 5m dragon that will feature at the 2023 FISHERS KIDS – Yomise 夜店 celebration to be held on Saturday 4th November, 5-9pm.

In Japanese mythology, if a koi fish manages to swim up a waterfall it is rewarded by transforming into a dragon. We will be focusing on a dragon design inspired by Ryujin (also known as 綿津見 Watatsumi) the legendary water dragon, considered to be King of all Japanese Dragons.

Workshop is to be held in the Sculpture Garden. Participants are advised to wear sunscreen, a hat and enclosed shoes as well as bring a packed lunch and water bottle.
