• 1 teacher is required to supervise students, minimum 1 teacher per 30 students.

• Unaccompanied students will be responsible for their own attendance, transport and behaviour on the day. We will endeavour to notify schools or parents of non-attendance, but won’t be able to ensure supervision.

• Campbelltown Arts Centre will arrange an invoice to the school. While we understand if you need to adjust student numbers in the months leading up to the event, refunds cannot be made for cancellation or changes less than 14 days prior to event.

• We will contact you to confirm booking, and to request additional information and check photo permissions, prior to program.

Students will have a chance to speak with all 3 artists, and we will open ‘breakout’ workshop registrations in September. We will open to individual students and small class groups, to register for one of the three workshop options.
