Year 12 Study Day at C-A-C, 2021

C-A-C’s inspirational Stage 6 Visual Arts event, Artists & Practice returns in person in 2022. Join a motivational panel discussion and Q&A with recent high school VA graduates, followed by rotating talks with acclaimed visual artists.

We’ve extended our program due to demand, so presenting artists now include Savanhdary Vongpoothorn, Natalie Valiente, Paul Williams, Ludwig El Haddad and Paula do Prado.

The day concludes with a ‘breakout’ workshop with students electing to work with their chosen artist and preferred medium, building technical skills and creative thinking.

The event introduces students to a wide cross-section of practices and art forms, informs artist case studies, and galvanises students as they commence their Body of Work and launch into their final year of Visual Arts for the 2023 HSC.

10.45am – 11.15am Artist talks: Rotation 1
