A roving workshop for young creatives to visit the Somewhere Between Sky and Earth exhibition of Australian landscapes in the Collections Gallery as well as C-A-C’s ever popular Sculpture Garden. Hands on activities will invite kids to used mixed media to explore the way artists use shape, colour and materials to represent place before working together to building a giant animal using recycled materials. This playful guided tour is designed to nurture kids creativity, and explore the current exhibition before enjoying a picnic in the sculpture garden.
Please bring a hat and wear sunscreen as a large portion of this workshop will be located outside (weather permitting). Includes picnic snacks and drinks – please notify us of any food allergies when booking.
Cost: $20. Additional children $10 (parents and carers free)
Ages: 5 – 10 years (children under 6 must be accompanied by an adult)
